Paneer Salad|High Protein Salad




Ingredients 
 Butter or Ghee for cooking
225g paneer cubes
2 small capsicums diced
1 large onion diced
1 small tomato diced or handful Cherry tomatoes 
Lettuce leaves washed 
Salt, black pepper and Chilli flakes

Served with Mint Yogurt Dip


Method 

Set a non-stick pan or any pan you use for everyday cooking on stove and add 1-2 teaspoon of ghee or butter.

Layer the paneer cubes, sprinkle salt, black pepper and chilli flakes and saute for a couple of minutes. Take out in a plate and keep aside.

In the same pan add the chopped veggies ( chopped capsicum and onions), a pinch of salt and pepper and saute for a couple of minutes. Take this out and keep it aside. 

Now to assemble the salad , add a layer of lettuce leaves followed by the sauted veggies. Add chopped tomatoes or sliced Cherry tomatoes and top it with  the sautéed paneer cubes.

Serve this with mint yogurt dip and enjoy
