10 minute Creamy Cucumber Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 large cucumber
1 small onion
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves or spring onions
Dressing:
1/2 cup hung curd (Greek yogurt)
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, black pepper, red chili flakes
METHOD
In a mixing bowl whisk all the dressing ingredients and the coriander leaves or spring onion.
Once the dressing is well combined add thinly sliced cucumber and onion.
Mix well garnish with some coriander leaves and serve cold.
