Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers|Paneer Stuffed Capsicum |Cottage Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers




Today,  I am sharing a simple recipe for stuffed capsicum made in the air fryer. Packed with nutritious veggies, this vegetarian dish is not only delicious but also a great way to get your daily dose of vitamins and minerals. Let's dive in and enjoy!



Ingredients
Bell Peppers / Capsicum - 3 

For Paneer Filling
Oil - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1 chopped finely
Green chilli -2 chopped finely 
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 2 chopped finely
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder and chaat masala - 1 tsp
Paneer - 200 grams crumbled
Salt to taste 
1 to 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Other
Mozzarella Cheese
Oregano & Chili flakes

Method 

Preheat airfryer to 180 °C or Preheat oven to 200 degree C.

Take your bell peppers, cut in half. Remove core and white membrane. Place it in a plate and  brush some oil on the outer skin of the bell pepper

To make the filling  
Heat oil in a pan, add in onions, green chilli and saute for a min.Add in ginger garlic paste. Mix well

Add in tomatoes and cook till soften.Now add salt and spice powders and mix well.


Add in paneer and mix well.Finally garnish with some coriander leaves and keep this aside. 

Now scoop the mixture into the peppers, filling them just to the top.

Place the filled peppers in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10-12 minutes. 
Add the shredded cheese , sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes and air fry for another two minutes, until the cheese is melted.


If using oven 
Bake at 350 F degrees for 25-30 minutes or till the peppers have softened.


Serve hot and enjoy💥💥
