Paneer Stuffed Ragi Paratha Recipe - High Protein Breakfast


Today, we embark on a flavorful journey with a twist on a classic favorite – Paneer Paratha with Ragi Flour. Elevating the traditional paratha experience, we seamlessly blend the richness of paneer with the wholesome goodness of ragi flour. This recipe not only tantalizes your taste buds but also adds a nutritional punch to your meal.


Ingredients  ( makes  4 to 5 small parathas )
1 cup Ragi flour
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ghee

Paneer Filling
100g paneer grated
1-2 green chillies finely chopped 
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder 
Salt as per taste


Method 
1.Add ragi flour to boiling water with ghee
salt and give it a mix and let it rest for 5
mins.Now kneed the mixture to form a soft
dough. Keep the dough covered.


2.Make the filling my mixing all the
ingredients mentioned above. 

3.Stuff thefilling into the dough and roll it into round parathas.



4.Heat the tawa (skillet) over medium flame and place the paratha on it.Flip it over and drizzle some oil around the edges and the centre.

5.Flip again and apply oil and roast until the paneer paratha is fully cooked.Remove from flame, apply some ghee and serve the paneer stuffed ragi parathas hot with some chilled yoghurt and achaar
