Mango Chia Pudding

This creamy, delicious, and sweet mango chia pudding comes together quickly and is  super healthy, loaded with fibers, and can be served for breakfast, snack, or dessert (gluten-free).


So let's jump into the ingredients -

Serving - 2
Ingredients 
cup Dairy free milk (Almond milk/coconut milk) 
tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Maple syrup/Honey *
tsp Vanilla extract
Cut Mangoes or mango puree
Garnish 
Grated nuts

Note-
*I did not add any sweetener to my pudding as the mangoes  I used were very sweet. 

Method 

Step 1
Add the chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla essence and maple syrup to a bowl and stir together till the chia seeds are well mixed orselse will form clumps while setting. Let it sit for 15 minutes, then stir again. 
Step 2
Transfer them into 2 glasses or jars and  place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Check once and if it has thickened pour the mango puree or place the cut mangoes on the chia mixture and enjoy. As it's a breakfast alternative it can be made overnight for breakfast the next morning.

Step 3
Stir the chia pudding before serving and add your favorite nuts.
