Chocolate Barks
This chocolate bark recipe is gluten-free, grain-free, sugar-free, low in carbs, and dairy-free and can easily be customizer to your taste and preference.
So let's jump into the ingredients
Ingredients100 g 85% Dark chocolate*
Low - carb Sweetener
Toppings of your choice( Dry Fruits/ berries)
Note
* the choice of chocolate is an individual preference you can use white chocolate and if not on keto/low carb diet one can use regular milk chocolate.
* if using milk chocolate or regular sweet baking compound don't add the sweetener.
Method
Step 1
Line a tray with baking sheet or just use a non-stick silicon mat.
Step 2
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt your chocolate in the microwave and check on it every 30 seconds. Stir it and it is ready once it is completely melted and smooth.
Step 3
Spread the chocolate out onto your lined baking sheet or mat and try to get it as thin as possible so it is crisp. But make sure it is not too thin. Add your toppings( whole dry fruits or crushed dry fruits) while the chocolate is still melted.
Step 4
Once you have finished with your toppings, place the bark in the fridge for 3-4 hours to cool and set. Once it is set you can break it up into pieces and serve.
Note : you can add an additional layer of (white/dark) melted chocolate on top of the set bark.
