Jam Cake

Jam cup- cake is an easy and quick recipe which can be made with your favourite jam flavours.

So the ingredients(14 cupcakes) 

Ingredients 
Dry-
2 cups whole wheat 
2 Tsp Baking Powder 
1/2 Tsp Salt

Wet-
1 cup Jam (mixed fruit jam) 
1/2 cup Milk 
1/2 cup Oil 
2 eggs 
1.5 Tsp Vanilla Essence 

Note 
The sweetness level of the cup- cake is moderate. Incase the preference is high one can add 1/4 to 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

Method 
Step 1 
Add the jam, milk and oil in a blender and blend well. Pour it into your mixing bowl. 
Add in the eggs and vanilla Essence and mix well. 

Step 2 
Sieve the dry ingredients into the wet mixture (1/2 cup at a time). Do not overmix as it will result in a dry and hard cup cake. 
Mix the cake batter until there are no lumps. 

Step 3 
Pour into moulds and bake at 180C for 25 to 30 min. Check at 25 min, use a toothpick to poke at the centre and if it sticks put for another 10 min or till the toothpick comes out clean. 
Serve hot or microwave before serving.
