Chocolate-covered Strawberries

An easy, quick low-carb dessert is the chocolate-covered Strawberries. 

Let's jump into the ingredients :
Ingredients 
16 Strawberries 
1 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (Dark/White) 
1Tbsp Coconut Oil(Refined) 

Method  
Step 1
Wash the strawberries and dry very well. 
Prepare a board or plate with parchment paper. 
Step 2
In a microwave-safe bowl, add sugar-free chocolate chips (dark/white) and coconut oil.
Microwave 30 seconds, stir and repeat until the chocolate chips are melted.Stir until smooth.
Step 3
Insert a toothpick in the center of the strawberry then use the toothpick to dip the strawberry into the melted chocolate and rotate. Lift and twist the strawberry gently to  remove the excess chocolate. 
Step 4
Place the strawberry on the plate covered with parchment paper.
Slowly and gently pull out the toothpick.
Step 5
Decorate with chocolate drizzle, chopped nuts or sprinklers.
