1.Coconut Balls(keto)
Ingredients
1.5 Cup Dessicated Coconut (unsweetened)
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
3 1/2 tbsp powdered sweetner
1/3 Cup Water
2+1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Method
Add all the ingredients in a blender and process it until sticky.
Make small round balls and roll it in powdered sweetner or dessicated coconut.
Note
If using liquid sweetner reduce the quantity of water and coconut oil.
2.Cranberry Walnut Balls
Ingredients
200g pitted dates
85g walnuts
50g dried cranberries
5g seeds(optional)
3 tablespoons desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon coconut oil(optional)
Method
Add all the ingredients in a blender and process it until sticky.
Make small round balls and roll it in dessicated coconut.
3.Biscuit Date Ball
Ingredients
60g Biscuit
Pitted Dates
5g Seeds
Method
Blend the biscuit into a powdered consistency. Can remove a little for rolling the balls. Add in the dates and seeds.
Blend till a dough consistency. Make small balls and roll in coco powder or the powdered biscuit crumbs.
Note-
1.The amount of dates will depend on the type of biscuit used. I used a chocolate biscuit which is sweet hence used only 75 g of dates. If one is using crackers or marie biscuit the date quantity will increase.
2. I prefer soaking my deseeded dates in hot water before blending it.
3. I use assorted seeds which is a mixture of flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
Enjoy the treat. 😉
