Tzatziki Dip

Tzatziki is made simply with Greek yogurt grated cucumber, olive oil,  herbs such as mint or dill, garlic, lemon juice and salt. It’s a refreshing chilled  dip ans can be had with meat, chips or grilled veggies.


INGREDIENTS
2 cups grated cucumber 
1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint and/or dill
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 medium clove garlic minced

Method 
1.Lightly squeeze the grated cucumber using  your palms or a muslin cloth and transfer the squeezed cucumber to a serving bowl.

2.Add the greek yogurt , olive oil, herbs, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to the bowl, and stir till well combined. Let the mixture rest for 5 min. 



 Taste and add additional chopped fresh herbs, lemon juice, or salt, if necessary.
Serve cold.
