Blueberry Coconut Milk Popsicles


3-Ingredient Blueberry Coconut Milk Popsicles and mh  favorite part about this simple, easy popsicle recipe is that it tastes so refreshing, satisfies the sweet tooth, and is packed with antioxidants to keep you feeling glowy and fresh.
Ingredients 
150 to 200 g fresh blueberries 
200 ml full fat coconut milk 
3 to 4 tbsp Honey ( can add more based on sweetness desired) 
A pinch of salt ( optional)

Method 

1. Wash the blueberries,dry them and then place them into the freezer  for a couple of hours 

2. Now place  frozen blueberries, coconut milk, honey, and salt in a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. 

3.Pour the blueberry mixture into the popsicle mold, filling the holes almost all the way up and  cover the mold with its cover.

4.Freeze popsicles for 4 to 8 hours, or until they have completely set up.

5. De mould and enjoy
