Air-Fried Crumbed Fish|Airfryer Fried Fish
These golden fish fillets are cooked in the air fryer until crispy and delicious. Covered in a tasty crust of bread crumbs, the fish remains soft and juicy from the inside. Ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients
700 -800g fish fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 to 2 tablespoon seasonings of choice ( oregano,paprika, Italian Herbs)
Salt and turmeric powd
Method
Add the fish fillets to a bowl and drizzle some olive oil , salt and turmeric powder and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
In a shallow dish, mix the bread crumbs with seasoings of choice .Coat each fish fillet in bread crumbs,and regrigerate for 1 to 2 hrs
Transfer to your air fryer basket.Cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. After the first 9-10 minutes, open the air fryer and flip the fish fillets on the other side then continue cooking
Fish is ready when it’s easily flaked with a fork.Serve with tartar sauce or a yogurt dip and salad of choice.
Notes
Make sure that your air fryer basket is not overcrowded as that will prevent the fish from crisping.
You might need to adjust the cooking times depending on the kind and the thickness of the fish that you’re using and the model of your air fryer.
