Paneer Khurchan
Paneer Khurchan is one of the best North Indian Paneer recipes and is prepared with paneer, tomato, onion and capsicum. It's rich with indian spices and has mouth-watering flavours. The addition of cream, kasuri methi and coriander would definitely make you lick your fingers. Serve it hot with tandoori roti or rice. This recipe is from the YouTube channel of YFL(your food lab) Original Recipe of Paneer Khurchan.
My Paneer Khurchan doesn't look as creamy or doesn't have the colour as the original but honestly the taste was delectable.
