Butter Garlic Mushroom | Garlic Mushrooms


Welcome to my food blog, where I will  celebrate the irresistible allure of butter garlic mushrooms. This dish features plump, button mushrooms sautéed  in butter and infused with aromatic garlic. The result is a delightful flavor that’s both comforting and elegant, perfect for any occasion, from a cozy family dinner to a special gathering with friends. Quick and easy to prepare, these mushrooms can be served as a side dish or atop a bed of pasta for a satisfying meal. 


Ingredients 
1 cup button mushroom around 100 gms rinsed and cleaned
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon garlic minced
1 small onion finely chopped
1/2 capsicum finely chopped ( optional)
1 teaspoon crushed pepper
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
salt to taste
1 tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped

Method 
⭐️Rinse and clean mushroom well, Slice in thin and set aside.

⭐️Melt butter in a pan – add garlic saute for 2 mins then add onions and capsicum as well. 

⭐️Then add mushroom.Saute for a minute, let it cook for a minute then saute again. It will leave out water, so cook until dry. Add pepper, mixed herbs.


⭐️Give a quick saute, add required salt, coriander leaves. Saute for a minute then switch off. Enjoy Garlic Mushrooms!
