WHITE SAUCE NOODLES | NO CHEESE |NO MAIDA

These white sauce noodles are a delightful fusion of comfort and health, made without cheese or maida. Instead of regular noodles, this recipe uses wholesome, maida-free noodles that are light yet satisfying. The creamy white sauce is crafted with milk and veggies, making it rich without being heavy. Packed with colorful vegetables, it offers a balanced taste and a nutritious twist. Perfect for those craving indulgence without compromising on clean eating!


Ingredients 
150 g Noodle or Pasta( naturally yours gluten free noodle)
1 tbsp Olive oil or butter
4 cloves Garlic chopped finely
2 cups veggies chopped 
1 to 1.5  tbsp oat flour
1 cup water 
1 cup milk

Herbs 
Oregano 
Chilli Flakes 
Black pepper powder 
Salt 

Method 
Cook  the noodles / pasta as per package directions.Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add in garlic  and veggies and stir fry for 2 minutes. Cover and cook till for another 3 -4 minutes till cooked. 
Season with salt, oregano, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder and mix well.
Now add oat flour and saute for 1 to 2 minutes add 1 cup of water  and after a couple of minutes add 1 cup of milk. Let the Sauce thicken .


Once the sauce is ready add the  Add cooked noodles into the sauce. Toss  in the sauce and serve hot.
