LITTLE MILLET PULAO IN MICROWAVE | SAMAI MILLET PULAO UNDER 15 MINUTES

Ingredients
½ cups Little millet (Sama/Vari)
1 tbsp. Butter or ghee
1 tbsp. Garlic, finely chopped
 Green chilli 1 
1 tsp Cumin powder 
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1 cup Vegetables, finely chopped (cauliflower, carrot, beans, peas)
3 cups Water
Salt and black Pepper 

Method
1.wash the millets well and then soak the millet in 2 cups water. After 2 hrs, drain and discard the water and keep the soaked millet aside.

2.Combine the butter, garlic, and green chillies, cumin and coriander powder,salt and pepper  and microwave for 2 minutes . 

3. Add the vegetables and mix well and microwave for another 2 minutes. 

4.Finally add the millets and  1 cup water, and mix well.

5.Cover the bowl and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes, or until the water has been completely absorbed and millet is cooked through.

6.Remove the bowl from the microwave, and leave covered to sit for five minutes.

Uncover, check and adjust seasoning, garnish with some ghee and coriander leaves and Serve hot with some raita and pickle.
