Airfryer Spring Rolls |Spring roll noodles
Air Fryer Spring Rolls are crispy, crunchy, and just as delicious as their deep-fried cousins without the mess of deep frying. These are super easy to make and taste absolutely yummy with any dipping sauce of your choice.
So lets dive in
Ingredients
2 cups Noodles Cooked
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Garlic Chopped
1 Onion Sliced Thinly
1 Capsicum Sliced Thinly
2 cups Cabbage Shredded
1 Carrot Juliened
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Vinegar
Salt and Black pepper to taste
10 to 12 rice paper 16 cm
Method
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in garlic and onions. Saute for a min.Add in all vegetables and toss well. Cook for 5 to 7 mins or until tge veggies are soft.Add in noodles, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, vinegar and mix well. Cook for a couple more minutes and set aside.
In a wide shallow bowl, add water and soak a piece of rice paper for a few seconds (follow the instructions on the package). Lay out the rice paper on a cutting board or clean surface.
Now take the filling and add it in the wrapper. Start rolling like a spring roll.
Spray the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the spring rolls in the basket. Spray the spring rolls with oil.Cook on 180°F for 8 to 9 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until the spring rolls are crisp and golden brown on all sides.
Let it cool down for at least 5-10 minutes before serving with your desired sauce or dip.
