Bombay Sandwich Recipe | Mumbai Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients 
6 bread slices
½ cup Green chutney
2 tablespoon butter 
½ cucumber thinly sliced
1 tomato thinly sliced
1 boiled beetroot thinly sliced
1 boiled potato thinly sliced
2 teaspoon sandwich masala (cumin powder, pepper powder, chaat masala, salt)
1 onion thinly sliced
4 tablespoon grated  cheese or 2 slices of cheese

Method 
1.To make the tastiest and perfect Mumbai Grill Sandwich, take three bread slices, apply butter  and green chutney on two bread slices and keep the third bread aside.
2.Place slices of boiled potato and betroot on one piece of bread and sprinkle sandwhich masala.
3.Place the second bread slice on the first bread and top it with some.onions,tomatoes and cucumber followed by some sandwhich masala.
4. Add grated mozzarella cheese or cheese slices and  take the third bread slice and apply butter & green chutney to it. Place the third bread slice on the top of the sandwich and apply butter on top of the sandwich.
5.Place the sandwhich on a hot tava or pan and remove once both sides are crispy and brown. 

Now your perfect Mumbai Sandwhich is completely ready, and you can enjoy it with a cup of tea.
