Easy Microwave Gobi Sabzi |Cauliflower Sabzi

Presenting the North Indian winter special Dry gobhi sabzi :Recipe 2(microwave )
 
Say goodbye to lengthy cooking with this quick and delectable recipe  made even more delicious  in a microwave with the cauliflower retaining its distinct natural flavour and taste. Relish with hot chapatis/paranthas or as a side dish to your everyday lunch. 


Ingredients 
250 g cleaned cauliflower florets (small)
1 green chilli slit 
2 tbsp oil 
1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
1 tsp cumin powder 
1 tsp coriander powder 
1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp aamchur/dry mango powder 
Salt and black  pepper powder 
1/4th cup water 

Method :
1. Wash and cut cauliflower into small florets.
2. In a microwave safe bowl microwave oil, and all the spices along with chilli  at 100% for  4 to 5 minutes
3. Add cauliflower florets and sprinkle water over it.Microwave (covered) for 5 mins at 100% power and then for 4 mins at 60 % power. Stir in between.

4.Allow to stand for 5 mins.

5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with roti, parantha or rice.
