AIR FRIED CHOCOLATE RICE PAPER DUMPLINGS| CHOCOLATE MOMOS |AIRFRIED MOMOS

I love making easy and healthy treats specially with chocolate as my family loves dark chocolate.I like to make the Desserts fun and healthy .These air fried chocolate rice paper dumplings or momos are a fun and easy dessert recipe made with healthier ingredients,is gluten free and dairy free and is 
full of  healthy fats.These are not traditional  savoury momos or dumplings but they are delicious, ozzy and bitesize sweet dumplings. The chocolate gets warm, melty and soft in the airfryer and is a great dessert for kids . All in all they are fun to make so lets get into the recipe 


Ingredients 
Makes :8 bite size chocolate dumplings 
8 squares or prices  of  chocolate 
4  pieces of 16 cm Rice Papers( cut into 4s)

Method 
In a wide shallow bowl, add  water and soak a quarter piece of rice paper for about 10 seconds and lay out the rice paper on a clean, dry surface.
Add  chocolate piece and fold up the sides and then roll into a "dumpling" or roll. Repeat this with another rice paper quarter that is 2 quarters for each piece of chocolate. 

 After all the dumplings or momos are ready 
Place them on the air fry  basket and airfry at 180 for 5 to 6 minutes .

Serve it immediately with chocolate shavings or  chocolate sauce
