Oatmeal Brownie |One bowl Brownie
The Brownie Baked Oatmeal by @healthygirlkitchen (posted on instagram) got me to hop on the baked oatmeal trend. The original version is vegan and gluten free but I made a couple ingredient and chocolate tweaks and it was absolutely delicious. It's a one bowl recipe and trying to keep the aesthetics I did end up getting the kitchen kinda messy but you basically mix and bake in the same baking bowl & indulge immediately as they are so rich and chocolate-yy. These require minimal ingredients and they are literally like having a rich decadent chocolate cake but with breakfast ingredients.

Ingredients:
2 cups regular milk
1/2 cup honey
100 g melted chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups rolled oats
2 Tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips( more the merrier)
Method
Preheat oven to 180C. Add all wet ingredient and then the dry ingredients to a bowl. Mix then add chocolate chips and bake for 40 minutes. SERVE HOT 🔥🔥🔥
