Mango Overnight Oats | Only 7 ingredients|Healthy Breakfast Recipe

This version of overnight oats is as simple as it gets: 7 ingredients, 5 minutes prep time and a glass bottle. Overnight oats can be made using a mix of different ingredients and toppings and this can really take your overnight oats to the next level.

So basically, just mix oats and milk and you have a head start on a healthy breakfast the following morning. In the morning, top the overnight oats with fresh fruits and nuts of your choice. So let's jump into the ingredients

Ingredients
1/2 Cup  Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
3/4 Cup milk( regular /plant based) 
1/4 Cup thick yogurt
1/8 Tsp vanilla  extract
1/2 Cup Mango, diced
1 - 2 Tbsp Honey

Method 

1. Add Oats and Chia seeds to your container of choice and pour in honey, vanilla extract, yogurt  and  milk. 






2.Add a layer of mango. Shake or mix all of the ingredients. 
3. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later. Garnish with some fresh mangoes and enjoy.
