Ingredients:
Makes 5 set dosa
1/2 cup Ragi flour
1/4 cup Semolina (Suji)
1/4 cup Curd (Dahi)
Approx 5 tbsp+ 1/4 cup Water
Salt as per taste
Eno 1/4 tsp  
Oil (as required)


Method 
In a mixing bowl add Ragi flour, suji, curd, salt and add 5 tbsp water + 1/4 cup water and mix well. 

Rest the batter for 10 min to 15 min.

Add eno, mix the batter and start making dosa.

Note:Add more water if required (to bring the batter to dosa consistency)

Heat a pan, brush with some oil, pour ladleful of batter and cook on medium heat until it start getting bubbles. 

Drizzle a little oil on dosa.
Cook until it's dry from the top
(You can flip and cook other side too)

Serve hot and enjoy with stew, kadala curry or egg roast.
