Ragi Banana Pancakes Recipe Without Egg|Millet Pancake

6 tablespoon Ragi Flour
3 tablespoon oat flour
3 tsp Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Sugar Palm Sugar/Jaggery or your choice of sweetener( can add more)
1/2 Tsp Baking powder
1/4 cup + 1/4 cup Milk
1 tbsp oil
2 Ripe Bananas sliced
Butter for making the pancakes

Method
Add Ragi flour, oat flour, sweetener, baking powder & cocoa.Mix everything until no lumps.
Add oil and 1/4th cup milk . Mix and then add the next 1/4th cup of milk gradually.( the batter should not❌️ be thin and runny)
The pancake batter is ready.
Heat a flat pan on medium flame.Brush some butter on the pan.
Submerge banana slices in pancake batter and use a fork to lift out. Gently shake a bit of the excess batter off the banana slice and transfer directly to the hot pan.
Continue with as many banana slices that will fit in the pan without overcrowding. Allow bananas to cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve with your favourite.Serve them dusted with sugar alongside honey, maple syrup or chocolate sauce.
