Bajra Chocolate pancake| Millet Pancake

Serve size 
7 medium sized pancake

Ingredients 
Dry ingredients 
2 cups of Bajra flour
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
3 tbsp everyday sweetener or 4 to 5 tbsp jaggery powder or add more according to taste
1/ 4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder 
1 tbsp Protein powder ( optional)
Coffee Powder  

Wet ingredients 
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp desi ghee
1 and 1/2 cup regular milk

 
Method 
Take a mixing bowl and first add dry ingredients followed by the wet ingredients.

Note : slowly add milk and keep mixing it simultaneously till a semi thick batter is ready. The batter should be of something like a pouring consistency batter but it shouldn't be too thin not too thick.

Heat a flat pan on medium flame. Add butter.

Once the butter has melted, add the batter.

Lower the heat and Cover the Pancake.

Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.Flip and cook uncovered for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Serve with your favourite toppings
