Ingredients.
Potatoes- 3 small (boiled and peeled)
Beetroot-1 medium (boiled & grated)
Carrot- 1small (grated)
Peas- 1 cup (boiled)
Chilies- 2 finely chopped
Ginger- 1 inch (grated)
Lemon juice- 2 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder- h tsp
Bread slices- 10-12
Mozarella cheese 50 to 75 g
Salt and chat masala
Water for dipping
Oil for brushing on the rolls
Method
In a big bowl mix together potatoes,beetroot, peas and carrot.Add all the seasonings to it.
Slightly wet the bread slices in water and squeeze excess water from it.
Add these potato betroot mixture into the bread .Add a long slice of mozarella cheese into the mixture .Wrap the rest of the soaked slice around the stuffing. Wrap it really tight, so that no stuffing is showing outside.
Meanwhile, take the Silicone Brush and apply a little oil on the prepared bread rolls. After Preheating the Air fryer for 3-4 minutes at 180 C, open the basket. Apply a little oil at the bottom of the basket also to avoid sticking.
Now place the prepared bread rolls inside the basket of the air fryer. Place 5 to 6 at a time. Put the basket back in the air fryer. Air Fry these Bread Rolls for about 10-12 minutes till they are golden brown from all the sides.
At about 5 to 7 minutes, in between, open the basket and turn the sides of the bread rolls for even cooking.
Once golden and air fried from all the sides, take them out. Serve these hot with Tomato spicy sauce and Green Chutney.
