Broccoli and paneer cutlet | indian snacks recipes|Tasty Tiffin Recipes |Airfried Cutlets

Last week, I came across the  Broccoli paneer cutlets recipe by Chef Neha Deepak Shah on instagram and couldnt wait to get my hands on some fresh broccoli to try the recipe. The cutlet combines 2 green veggies that is broccoli and spinach and the paneer adds the binding. I had planned the cutlet for dinner but this ended up being a snack before dinner as my family couldn't keep their hands off it.

Coming back to the cutlets the Broccoli Paneer Cutlet is protein-rich and the crispy exterior makes it a wholesome recipe for snack or even tiffin. Both spinach and broccoli are very beneficial for health as has good amount of nutrients and trust me if you have some picky vegetable eaters, then you   should make  this healthy and tasty cutlets by mixing both things and they wouldnt even notice and it can be both airfried and panfried.

So lets dive in

Ingredients
1 cup finely chopped Broccoli
1/4 cup of of blanched snd chopped Spinach,
120 g Paneer
1/2 cup grated Cheese
1 to 2 tbsp Roasted Besan
Salt, Black Pepper, Chilli Flakes as per taste
1/4 cup Chopped Dhania
Olive oil of brushing

Method
1. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl

2. Make small round cutlets

3. Preheat the air fryer at 180 C
Place the cutlets into the basket and brush a little oil

4. The original recipe calls to pan fry but I wanted to try it in the airfryer and yes slightly softer but delicious.
So basically airfryer at 180 for 5 to 7 minutes then Flip and airfry again for 5 to 7 minutes.

5. Enjoy with a yogurt dip or green tangy chutney .
