Banana Oat Waffles


Have  some overripe bananas that are about to go bad?
Don't throw it away,  let me show you the perfect way to use them  in making delicious healthy banana oat waffles! 
They come together in only a few ingredients and cook in under 5 minutes and  are naturally sweetened with overripe bananas. They can be customized with different add-ins for different tastes! And yes, its  gluten-free as requires only one kind of flour—oat flour!

Ingredients to make banana oat waffles
1 large overripe banana
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
3-4tbsp Honey

Method
Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. 
Pour a small amount of batter into a waffle maker and cook according to your waffle maker instructions.
Serve it with some fresh fruits or choco-chips and nuts and a generous drizzle of honey.
