Ingredients to make banana oat waffles
1 large overripe banana
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
3-4tbsp Honey
Method
Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour a small amount of batter into a waffle maker and cook according to your waffle maker instructions.
