Chili Garlic Noodles in 10 minutes |10 ingredient noodle

Minimal cooking time and the mega spicy flavours are the highlights of this vegetarian chili garlic noodles.

Ingredients 
100 g Noodles of your choice 
3 tbsp chopped garlic 
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp Chilli flakes 
2 tbsp sesame seeds 
1/2 Tbsp seasoning(from the noodle packet)
1- 2 tbsp soy sauce 
1/2- 1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp Red chilli sauce or Tomato Ketchup 
4 tbsp neutral oil

Method 

1.Heat a small pot with water over high heat. Once it boils, add in the noodles and cook according to package instructions and drain from the water and place the noodles in a bowl.

2. BASE MIXTURE: In a bowl add onions, minced garlic, chili flakes, sesame seeds ,seasonings, soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce.

3.Heat oil and then carefully pour in the very hot oil over the base mixture. Enjoy that sizzle! Afterwards, add the noodles and mix everything well to coat the noodles in the flavourful oil and sauce.

Garnish with some more sesame seeds and enjoy🔥🔥.
