Ingredients
450g White chocolate
⅓ cup  jam

Method

1.Melt white chocolate, for the shiny, snappy chocolate, you need to temper the chocolate.
Can use the double boiler method or the microwave method .

2.Cover each cavity of the mould with melted chocolate filling each cavity close to half.

3.Add about ½ teaspoon of your  jam into each cavity . Cover the jam completely with more white chocolate to ensure it is completely sealed.

4.Let it harden for a couple hours and then remove from mold. If your mold has a lot of detail then you may want to pop it in the fridge for a few minutes to ensure a clean release.

Package in pretty packaging and give to loved ones or enjoy them yourself!
