Method:Paneer Tikka in Oven/OTG
Preheat the oven for 15 min at 200 C.
Put the paneer, onion and capsicum onto the skewer sticks🍢 by alternating. You can change the order but keep paneer in the center. Repeat and skew them on skewers until all vegetables and paneer are used. Line a aluminum foil over a deep baking tray and brush the paneer, onion and capsicum with a little oil and place on a baking tray. Cook for around 7-8 minutes at 200 degree C. Turn them around, brush with oil and again cook for 5-7 minutes or until edges of paneer start to turn brown. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until paneer pieces look little charred.
Remove from oven and serve with green chutney and some lemon wedges.

Or

Method; Paneer Tikka in the Air-Fryer
Put the marinated paneer cubes, capsicum and onions in the airfryer basket. Brush the paneer and veggies with some oil. Do not overcrowd the basket. Lay the pieces flat. Air-fry at 180C for 10 minutes ( check in 7 minutes) and maybe an additional 2 - 3 minutes until paneer pieces look little charred. Then place them onto the skewer sticks🍢 😊 and serve with green chutney and some lemon wedges and stir fried babycorn.

Tip- Use a air-fry silicon mat
