Banana Blueberry Baked Oats|Baked oats

This  blueberry oat bake is a perfect breakfast or dessert for you healthy folks. It’s packed with nutrition in the form of whole grains, fruits, and nuts.A simple recipe that is vegan, gluten-free, and healthy! 

Ingredients 
2 overripe banana
2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
 2 tbsp Honey 
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup milk 
Berries and nuts of choice

Method 
 In a baking dish mash bananas using a fork and add all the ingredients to it and mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Add some chopped blueberries, strawberries and chopped nuts on top of the oatmeal mixture. 

 Bake this in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree for 25- 30 minutes.
