CONDENSED MILK BROWNIES|EGGLESS BROWNIES



You'll love these easy condensed milk brownies - eggless and so incredibly fudgy.This Eggless Brownie recipe uses condensed milk in addition to flour, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and other brownie ingredients. Eventually, giving a delicious super fudgy eggless brownie recipe.


Ingredients
120 g dark chocolate – chopped
40 g unsalted butter
200 g sweetened condensed milk
35 g all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
20 g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
Hazelnuts and chocolate chips 

Method 
1.Preheat the oven to 180 C. Prepare an 6" square pan with parchment paper

2. Add the chocolate and butter in a microwave safe bowl and melt the chocolate and butter using 30 second intervals in the microwave. 

3.Once the chocolate and butter are fully melted and the mixture is hot.Let it sit for about  1 to 2 minute. Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk. 

4.Sift the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder and keep aside.

5.Fold in the dry ingredients with a spatula till everything is well combined. 
If the batter is too thick,  you can add a 1 to 2 tbsp of milk.

6.Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Use the spatula to ease the batter into corners. Sprinkle some chopped hazelnuts and chocochips. 

7.Bake the brownies at 180C for 20-25 minutes, or until the brownies are set and a  toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs and not wet dough. 

8.Remove from oven and let  it cool for 10-15 minutes on a wire rack. Remove from the baking dish and let it cool completely before slicing.

9.Cut into squares and enjoy.
