Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats


This version of overnight oats is as simple as it gets: 7 ingredients, 5 minutes prep time and a glass bottle. Overnight oats can be made using a mix of different ingredients and  toppings and this can   really take your overnight oats to the next level.

So basically, just mix  oats and milk and you have a head start on a healthy breakfast the following morning. In the morning, top the overnight oats with fresh fruits and nuts of  your choice. So let's jump into the ingredients

Ingredients 
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1/8 teaspoon  cinnamon
3/4 cup non-fat milk 
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 - 2 Tbsp honey
1/2 small apple (cored and diced, about 1/3 cup)

Method 

1.Start by adding the oats and Chia seeds 


2.Now add the Greek yogurt and honey 

3. Add the cinnamon powder 

4. Now add the milk and stir well. 

5.Fold in the chopped apples and keep some away to add before serving. Cover and refrigerate overnight.Before serving, top with apples and enjoy.
