Almond Flour Cookies[ Easy and Healthy ]

Ingredients 
1 cup  almond flour
1/2 cup oat flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup melted butter 
⅓ cup pure maple syrup, or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup dark chocolate chips, or chopped dark chocolate

Method 
1.In a medium mixing bowl add the almond flour, oat flour, sea salt and baking soda and stir to combine.
2.In the same bowl add butter, honey and vanilla until combined( additional 1 tbsp oat flour can be used if dough is too sticky).

3.Line baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat baking mat.Scoop cookie dough with a medium cookie scoop and place on your prepared baking sheet. Gently press down on each cookie and top with chocolate chips.
( thinner the cookie crispier it will turn out)

Freeze this for 1 hour. 


4.Preheat oven to 180° C. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until cookies are golden around the edges.

5.Cool on baking sheets for a full 15 minutes before placing on wire racks to cool completely. Definitely let them cool for the full 15 minutes or they will likely break.
