Ingredients
100 g salted butter
120 to 130 g dark chocolate
1 cup powdered jaggery
½ cup oat flour
¼ cup cacao powder
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Note:In a heat-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate  in a microwave, stirring until smooth, then add the jaggery and microwave again for 30 seconds, and stir again.( I am baking in the same glass dish itself)

Let the mixture cool down and now  crack and add  2 eggs ans vanilla essence and combine it well.

To this add the dry ingredients that is oat flour and cocoa powder. Gently whisk to break up any clumps. Top the batter with some more  chopped chocolate and bake at bake at 180ºF for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the center doesn't jiggle when you shake the pan.

Let the brownies cool completely before slicing into them. (About 1 hour.) If you use a glass baking dish, the brownies may require a few more minutes to cook until the center looks set.
