Ingredients
60 g Wafers
150 g Dark or Milk Chocolate
1 tbsp butter
METHOD
First, split wafers lengthwise in half. Use whatever flavors of wafers that you want. I have usd vanilla flavour wafers.
Melt the chocolate(I am using Amul Dark chocolate ) in the microwave along with the butter and use bursts of 30 seconds and stir the chocolate in between until it is melted.
Option 1
Now you can either dip the wafer halves in the chocolate and coat each of the wafers and place it onto a parchment paper for chilling.
Or
Option 2
Just use any big square or rectangular chocolate mould , spread a layer of chocolate at the base of the mould add all the wafers in a line, on top of the chocolate and then spread the remaining chocolate over the wafers.
Chill in the fridge until the chocolate sets, about 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into pieces and Enjoy
