Chocolate Biscuit Cake |No-Bake Cake||Only 5 ingredients|Lazy Cake|Fridge Cake
No bake chocolate biscuit cake is true to its name as also known as lazy cake. It is a biscuit cake that is incredibly delicious and super easy to make! It requires 5 basic ingredients and the result is a cold, chocolatey and crunchy and, absolutely addictive cake!
So lets dive in
Ingredients
100 g butter
100-110g dark or milk chocolate(chopped)
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
200g Marie Biscuits
Decorate the cake with some chocolate shavings and fine biscuit powder
Method
1.Break the biscuits roughly into a large bowl and keep aside.
2.Add butter and chocolate into a pan , on medium heat , once the chocolate has melted add the cocoa powder and condensed milk and cook between 3-5 minutes until the condensed milk gets slightly thicker.Remove from heat.
3.Pour the chocolate-condensed milk mixture over the biscuits and stir until combined.
4.Line a loaf tin or a small baking tin with foil and lightly grease with butter.Pour the biscuit and condensed milk mixture into the baking tin and press down.
5.Refrigerate the chocolate biscuit cake for 6-7 hours or until it sets.Once the no-bake cake is set, remove the pan from the fridge, remove the biscuit cake as it is and peel off the foil.
Can decorate with some chocolate ganache or just blend couple more marie biscuits till its a fine powder and cover the cake with it.
Cut into smaller bite-size pieces and serve.
