Custard Cake Recipe
The cake is not only easy to make but requires very few ingredients and the best and the most astonishing part is how soft and spongy the cake turned out.

Ingredients
1cup=240ml
2 eggs
1 cup Fine powdered Jaggery
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup custard powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Vanilla Essence
Method
1.Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a cake tin(small round aluminium) with baking paper.
2.Add the eggs followed by the jaggery powder and beat using an electric mixer till foamy.
3. Add the oil and vanilla essence and beat for couple of minutes.
4. Now add the custard powder and the baking powder and fold in the dry ingredients gently in batches.
5.Pour the batter into your prepared cake tin and place into your preheated oven and cook for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Let the cake cool and then remove from the tin. The cake can be decorated with frosting or even just dust some powdered sugar.
